They can take a load or they think that price is a little low they can make a bid with the price that they want to get for that load and dealer will think if he is billing to pay that or not, but he will take that price then you can pick up the car and make money.

When you will drop off the car then dealer will pay you via check or other payment as you and dealer will agree before you will take a load.
